Returns and Exchange Policy
If you need to return your Sock Clips for an exchange, we’re here to help! Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for change of mind - more info below in Warranty.
To be eligible to exchange for a store credit or a different product:
* Items must not have been discounted. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or credited
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
* Returned items must have no visible signs of or use
* You must include a copy of our order number and a return reason
To initiate a return, please package Sock Clips along with order details and send (at your cost) within 30 days to:

Once received, your request will be assessed and a credit or or exchange will be allocated within 7 days.

How long is your warranty period?
Sock Clips offers a 2 month manufacturer’s warranty
What is covered by the warranty?
Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the clips such as defects will be covered by warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our 2 month warranty does not include any damage caused to the clips through non intentional use. Sock clips are intended to keep socks together during the laundering process only and should not be left out in the weather permanently.
How do I make a warranty claim if I believe there is an issue with my Sock Clips?
If you believe there is an issue or fault with your sneakers, please contact us at alltogether@sockclips.com.au stating your name, order number and a detailed description.
